New Clients

To the start the process of getting matched with one of our clinicians, give us a call at (570) 743-2323, and click Option “1” OR email Associate Director, Dr. Tom Palmieri, EdD, NCC, LPC, LBS. We use the information below to run your insurance benefits prior to returning your outreach. We will then try to schedule a 10 – 15 minute phone call to review the information about your plan, answer any questions you may have, and learn a little more about you to help us determine who on our team might be best equipped to help you.

Regardless of how you reach out, please provide the following when you do:

• Name of the potential client (If calling on the behalf of someone else)
• Date of birth
• Insurance carrier and member ID number
• Address associated with the plan
• Phone number and best time to reach you
• Email address

Note that the age of mental health consent in Pennsylvania is 14. Parents and guardians can initiate the scheduling process, but children 14 and above need to give consent prior to the scheduling of an initial appointment.
