Carli Marshall, MA, LAPC

Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

Hello! My name is Carli Marshall, and I work as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that provides a safe space to explore your experiences, foster healing, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Practice Description

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, relationship trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress management challenges, and major life transitions. I am also passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and those exploring identity, relationships, and personal growth. Whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating difficult relationships, managing overwhelming thoughts, or adapting to life’s changes, I am committed to helping you develop the insight and tools needed to move forward.

I believe that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and accepted. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where every part of your story is met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
