Welcome

Courtyard Counseling Center, LLC, provides psychological services to clients in the Central Pennsylvania area. Founded by Emeritus Director, Dr. Tony Butto, DSW, LCSW in 1986, we are the largest and oldest private psychotherapy practice in the region. We draw clients from the central Pennsylvania area and serve clients virtually as well in states where our individual clinicians are licensed to practice.

The practice changed hands in 2024 and is under the leadership of Director, Dr. Erin Goedegebuure, EdD, LPC. Our eclectic, cross-disciplinary team serves children, teens, adults, couples, and families on a wide range of concerns. We believe that counseling starts with a trusting relationship between counselor and client, and we pride ourselves in keeping that at the forefront.

The practice is in the Courtyard Office Building, home to various other professional services. The multiuse building helps assure a client’s privacy since people frequent it for numerous reasons.
